Somerset Careers and Pathways Team 2025 Annual Review

2025 has been a fantastic year for our Careers and Pathways team, packed with fresh ideas and exciting projects to support Somerset’s young people.

This year’s highlights include the Somerset Digital Futures, NDTi Internship Works and Somerset Sustainable Futures projects. These initiatives connect employers with education, showcasing careers in priority sectors and giving Somerset’s young people real-world experiences to inspire their ambitions.

Looking ahead, work experience takes centre stage in 2026 as part of the Government’s Get Britain Work strategy. Somerset is ready to lead the way, building on the strong foundations laid this year.
