What are the key dates I need to know?

How do I submit a video entry and what file transfer options do you accept?
Record your video and include the file transfer link in your entry form. You can use platforms such as: Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, Dropbox, WeTransfer. We accept the following video file types: MP4 or MOV. Please remove any download expiry dates if possible. For more information, please refer to our Top Tips guide.
Can I submit supporting evidence with my entry?
Yes, you can send two supporting pieces of evidence to strengthen your entry. This evidence could include reports or case studies, photos or graphics, testimonials or feedback, and screenshots of relevant work. Please send the files to [email protected] referencing the details of the entry that the evidence relates to. Please make sure your files are in one of these formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF. For more information, please refer to our Top Tips guide.
I’ve entered. What happens next?
The judging panel will review award entries and nominations to decide the awards finalists in April and a second round of judging will take place in June. We may request to interview entrants during this period.
If you reach the short-list, you will be invited to the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 2nd July 2026. Each finalist is invited to attend with one guest.
When will the awards ceremony be held?
The celebratory awards ceremony takes place on Thursday 2nd July 2026 at North Cadbury Court with approximately 120 guests attending.
Is there a dress code for the awards ceremony?
As a celebratory awards evening, we would like to give everyone the opportunity to feel special and dress for an occasion. There will be a semi-formal dress code for the evening.
