Somerset Education Business Partnership (EBP) helps:
- Businesses to identify future talent
- Education providers to strengthen business connections
- Learners to develop employability skills
so that residents and businesses in Somerset thrive.
Our work is funded through the Hinkley Point C Community Impact Mitigation fund and supported by Somerset’s 5 district councils and Somerset County Council. The team are hosted by Somerset Chamber of Commerce. These relationships ensure that we can reach and support our education and business partners effectively.
Andrew has a background in partnership management in the sport and well-being sector and brings a passion for enabling people to achieve positive outcomes to his role. Andrew leads the partnership’s work, building new relationships to achieve our objectives and reporting to our funders and partners.
The Somerset EBP Coordinator handles the partnership’s marketing, communications and event planning operations – promoting work-related learning and education-business collaboration opportunities in Somerset.
